Whenever a limb is attached to an object, the limbs position and angles are updated relative according to all the of its parent positions and angles. Now my question is how can math be used to attached an object as a limb so that its positions and angles are updated relative to its parent positions and all of it parents angle?
Very funny thing isn't it.

you mean something like the "glue object to limb" command with maths only? It's not that hard. I just have to find it I did it in one of my programs, don't remember which though...

ok, if you want something like "glue object to limb", then try this:
object 1 is the object with limbs. Limb 1 is a torso, limb 2 is an upper arm, limb 3 is a lower arm.
object 2 is a gun.

position object 2, limb position x(1,3),limb position y(1,3), limb position z(1,3)
xrotate object 2, wrapvalue(limb angle x(1,3)+limb angle x(1,2)+limb angle x(1,1))

then do the same for Y and Z...
Hope this is what you were looking for.

something like that but not exactly. i mean like taking two spheres and attaching one of the spheres to the other using only math so the spheres position and angles are updated as if it was a limb. In others words yeah like the glue object to limb command using math only but the two objects dont have any limbs. if you want me to be more precise i'll try. thanks for the help.

if it doesn't have limbs, then use limb 0.
