i just started the armor on the boots and need to finsh the rest of the model and add a face, texture, rigging.
hows my porportions i have a problem with that sometimes,
poly count is kinda high now before meshsmooth it was 1053

be nice or brutal

not too bad, would say for maya development try and stay away from nurbs and subdivide for game level graphics. Infact try to purely use the Polytools.

also, a good way to get the shapes is to first create the template of the shape you want out of primatives. sort of like a body overview.
then cut and edit them into more recogniseable shape, use the blend tool to then connect them as a single object - then the addpoly to add in the joints.

it truely helps for animating

I never thought of that i'll try that on my next model.

I dont use the blend tool i just use merge edge tool or merge vert tool.

my rigging almost worked on my first try I just get a nasty fold at the arm pit that goes to the brest everything else works good.
no texture yet

her hands are too small and feets should be defined more I would say. Also if you want to have her tits to look like under textil you have to blend them to body not only to fill space between them. Like this they look like be in kind of "bag"

Othervise she is looking much better than last time you posted her. Keep up good work

I was newer modeling in Maya but in general if you want to model low poly you should start from primitives and then add detail were needed (via subdividing).

the model is going to look like a mod of a anime character the cartoon kind not the comic kind large eyes & lashes,
now I'm working on the face and after that i will only have the texture.
