im trying to make a racing game but my car models suck.is there a program that is easy to mkae cars with?

There are no particular modellers I can recommend, but modelling cars is relatively simple compared to modelling a biped. You don't have to worry about where you position your vertices for animation purposes as cars don't have joints.

Just get a good set of blueprints for the car ( you can find 1,000's of car blueprints on the net ) and set them up in your three main viewports. You'll ideally need a top, side and front view, but a really good side view alone is good enough. Get it looking right in side view first, then switch to front view and pull the vertices into shape, then finish off in top mode. By now you should have something resembling a car, if maybe a little boxy. Now you can ditch the reference pics and just tweak the shape until you're happy with it.

Cars are perfect for the box modelling technique, so it's really just a case of pulling edges, cutting, and a little extruding and bevelling. Then add the wheels seperately when everything else is done. Wheels are obviously just tweaked cylinders.
