DarkBASIC Discussion / Anoying white screen flashing

Dear reader,
I've bought darkbasic V1.1.0.0(german version) and I need a little help.
The problem is:
When I use Darkbasic on a pc with Windows XP the screen flikkers and becomes white. Example:
A=1
B=2
C=A+B
Print C
Normally a should get to see a dark screen (like on Windows 9x)
But on XP the screen flikkers and becomes white.
Please can Anyone help me out and fix this anoying problem?
I've heard that there's a patch to solve the problem but the patch is limited for 30 days. So after 30 days i will have the same problem again. Isn't there a other way to fix this problem???

Yes, you need the upgrade...
No, the upgrade does not run out after 30 days, that is the trial version of DBC...

But i've installed the patch already and it does say that the enchancement is for 30 days. (when I start darkbasic) what to do now.
I've installed once the trail version to test darkbasic and after testing i bought the full version.

THe enhancment, yes, that is something completely different...

The enhancement is a set of new commands that are like an extension to the DBC core... You get a whole new set of Multiplayer commands, dll commands and window commands... These are what run out after 30 days, not the upgrade to 1.13...
