animtes very well, i modeled so the rotation on joints do not affect the volume too much, ill get one up and send to those 2 when i get the time, probably today or tomorrow

It looks awesome, though there is another problem I see, his legs.
Like I mean do you stand with your legs so far apart.

it would be really cool if pants moved a bit like cloth. I mean they look so loose and silky it might seam odd if they didn't. It would be a huge pain to animate though The texture for the skin itself is great. You painted more red into the shadows to aproximate a sort of sub-surface scattering effect
