Hi, My name is Nikky. I'm a 31 year old 2D graphic designer (vector) with years of experience, available full time for freelance work. I also had experience on making my own games for 2 years. I can do characters, items, animations, backgrounds, re-skinning, UI design, game cover, icons, logos, and any other kind of 2D art assets. My rate at the moment is $14 per hour, I can also work with a fixed price (with an asset list and a request art style). Well, I usually make deal on a fixed price after estimating the cost to the clients. Or maybe if you have some kind of budget for the art work, we can start negotiate from that.

I work fast, understand deadline, work on weekends and holidays, understand time zone deference, I don't sleep to much anyway, prefer Paypal for safe payments, not interested in profit sharing, or free works. I'm full-time freelance so my focus is on this.

I can do most Graphic Art style (vector base). I usually do a test run of one or two of the clients request assets (usually clients also has a request type of style) to make sure the style, design, coolness, cuteness, etc fits them, no need to pay if the test run result doesn't fit you. But if it does, then lets do more actions!

Feel free for asking me the estimate of the cost, it maybe cheaper then you think it is.

For Cost reference :
Character Design : $7 - $28 (depend on details)
+add $7 - $14 per animation (4 - 10 frames) (depend on details)
Item $5 - $14 (depend on details)
Background $14 - $56 (depend on details)
Buttons $2 - $7 (depend on details)
Etc.

For a more accurate cost, give me a list, and I will calculate for a fix cost.
If we have a deal, I will make some samples from the list to make sure you like the art style, if you approved then we move forward. etc.

These are great, very clean and just what people are looking for these days.

TGC produce media packs for AppGameKit and sell them through Steam - maybe its worth contacting them and seeing if you can release some packs that way.
The code is dark and full of errors

Your hourly rate really doesn't tell us much.

When you post your samples, it would be helpful to know how long it took you to make the sample.

10 hours at $14 an hour is a lot different than 30 minutes at $14 an hour.

I was asking you a time question. Why would I expect any answer from you in an email. You've been nothing but evasive and misdirecting about a simple question.

Hi Zep, those leprechauns and other individual asset are each in bulk Art Package Assets (several assets order), and I need time to make concept for the overall art style, and there is revisions time.
So, I don't remember the TIME for the leprechaun only, but the Overall asset art package from the client took about 2 - 3 weeks,
but I only charge them for only 20 - 30 hour for the Whole List, I think. So the $14 is calculated to the 20 - 30 hour of the Whole Art Package.

I already have a standard of fix cost (range) of different kind of assets, just so to make it cheaper then the actual time it takes, and so any client can have an idea of the cost.
And If they are Ok with the cost list, then I will ask for the asset list client wants to order, so clients can get a more accurate cost, then after we have a deal, then we move forward.
The longer the list, the cheaper for each individual asset, because making many assets at once takes lesser time compare making one asset at a time.

No, I don't usually take just 1 asset task, because it will take too much time to concept just for only 1 asset, it won't be worth it for the client. there is a kinda minimum order.
No, I don't remember how long (as in TIME) did it take you to make (as in TIME) the 2 leprechauns.
But, I know how long it it takes if a client have a list.

If you are still not happy with my answer, then sorry.
I am not going to show more details here, even if anybody (especially you) thinking of me as "nothing but evasive and misdirecting about a simple question".
If client trust me and want to order then just email me, it works well with clients so far this way. Sorry if you don't like it this way.

I need a list to calculate, but please if you are not serious in ordering then don't give me a list, calculating a list takes time.
And to anybody reading this post in my thread, that are not happy with my answer, then I am sorry also.
