DarkBASIC Discussion / Ghosting and Fogging. Can you do both the same time?

Hi all,
i'm having problems getting the ghosting effect to work propper when i use fog. is there a work around on this?
as you can see, when i use ghosting on models, they all go white.
would be very greatfull for any help please.

I don't know a really good solution, only a semi-decent kluge. Turn off fogging on the ghosted objects. Now, based on the distance from the camera, retexture the ghosted objects at several different states/frames making the object progressively darker and more close in hue to the fog color. It will make the object kind of fade into the background at various steps. I did this for the ring explosions in my game SkyCars as they fade out and get larger.

I was thinking something along those lines too.
but really hoped there was an easier way.

there is a fade object command as well that might be the ticket.

Don't think fade object would do it. That just changes (scales) the face normal sensitivity to light.
