Is there any way that I can transfer games that I programmed to a gamecube disc?

I looked for it on dogpile.com and someone said that you can use a mini-dvdr disc to copy gamecube games. Does that really work? Would it work for just transferring games that I programmed to it.

all a gamecube disc is, is a DVD mini disk, so you prolly could copy it, but i wouldnt suggest doing that, it is very illegal. you would have to program the game FOR the GC, which is not the same as PC programming. i'll see if i can find some of the GBA languages

edit:
heres the GBA Basic site, i havnt even really read that at all they might have links or info on what you want to know.

GBA games can be programed using notepad, c and a free compiler. Have a look on google, there's plently of sites.

You'll never be able to make gamecube games without an official dev kit. The mini dvd discs have special grooves in them that the GC detects. If those aren't there (ie its a normal disc) it won't play.

I'd imagine gc games are also compiled using a special compiler.

You will NEVER be able to use DB games on the GC. There's no DirectX

and before you ask about using DB or DBPro with
Xbox,PS,Sega,....
No it won't work either. Also, the Dev Kits cost $$$
and most will not even sell them to you unless you already have a best selling game already....

Making an official gamecube game will cost you serious money, as will making a legal one

Doesn't matter if you could transfer DB to a gamecube anyway, because you couldn't burn it. GC discs spin backwards.

Ah, well, If it spins backwards, then you could make a game that Uses the DownKey for moving Forward, and when you run, he has to look over his sholder to see where he's going... lol.

Pathetic, I know, but this thread was boring the hell outta me, lol.

Jess.

its not illegal if your download and use a Rom if you own the game. so it shoudnt be illegal if you own the pc game and download the Gamecub,X-box or what ever files onto the DVD they use(yes x-box and gamecube have differnt dvd.) you can buy them in other countries.
