Hey!, I've got a trick for making DB.EXE works on higher resolutions! yes!, simply edit the "setup.ini" file located where DB.EXE is and, under "[SETTINGS]", change this:
"windowmode=0"
For this:
"windowmode=1"
This will make it work on higher resolutions. OF course the window will always be of 640x480
but now the annoying video mode change everytime you press ALT+TAB or CTRL+ESC will be suppressed, so you can change to any app without any video mode change. Cool huh?
. I know I know, some of you would have already know this, but I don't, and I know I'm not the only one (perhaps) so I decided to post this trick...you can also find instructions on how to setup your DB app editing the "SETUP.INI" file and reading...
Oh and...if you use DarkEDIT or CodeKEEPER...the window will have black borders if the game resolution is < than the desktop resolution...I discovered that
