lol, there's a 2nd page in case you didn't notice. This is what one of their moderators (Fogo) said and is what I was referring to:

yes it is. scroll down and look on the bottom-right of the window. see?

The forum software is Apollo, but they're just the TGC dev network forums / TGC forums etc.

(It's like if you run phpBB your forum isn't called phpBB, it's called something else )

Yep i used to play RS but never really got into it to much didnt like it much but the name "UnderLord" was already taken so...i make UnderLord101 it was probably from a old account showing that they don't delete anything except in the forums =P
