AKA: Multi-User Message Processing System, which is designed to make networked games easier. I'll be posting the full details of my website, as it could be too long here, along with a test program and code later on.

Essentially it uses 10 messages to create clients for a particular session. The initial connections need to be done by name as client and host ID's appear differently for each client machine.

At the moment I'm guaranteeing all packs. Whilst around 300ms delay loss has been stated in the technical, its not something I've noticed - mainly because I have a 100Mbps network and the test program hasn't been placed under stress.

Hmm... this could be very useful to me. I have problems figuring out how to contantly update each player when X,Y,Z positions, firing flags, speeds, points, etc etc.

Very interested.

I've got an executable and demo on my web site in the Tech. Demo section. At the moment the window update is slightly sluggish as the screen is continually cleared.
In addition the Windows parts needs a slight update too. The code isn't synced to the computer speed yet.

I'm upgrading the MUMPS system , so its a lot more efficient - the 4 byte command headers are no longer strings, and instead of creating a structure for each command and then copying to the memblock, it now writes directly to the memblock.

Later on, the DATA command wont allocate and deallocate on the fly - it'll use a fixed size buffer.
