I am 12 years old but started programming at age 8 1/2. I almost mastered Visual basic and i just started learning C++ a few days ago. Do you think i would be able to use dark basic easily?

Yes! Period. If you understand Visual Basic and are starting C++, then DarkBASIC is a piece of cake. Instead of initializing all the DirectX stuff as in Visual Basic DarkBASIC takes care of all of that for you. Have you ever used qbasic? DarkBASIC is essentially a more advanced (far more advanced) version of qbasic as far as the syntax goes.
