Any one have a good, free, 2D level editor?

I am making a "Mario" type game and I need a side scrolling 2D level editor. I am too lazy to do all the coding my self.

Hmm... Maybe my level editor could be of some use (That is, when I finish it).

...2D map editor with parallax layering in the works (60%completed)...

yes try X_MEN's lev editor, it alows you to do many things, and load your own tiles.

When it comes to programing, I'm on fire!
