Hi, I got the following code off the codebase, and when i run it, all I get is a black screen. I'm kinda new to DB so I'm not sure whats wrong with it, could someone look at it and tell me whats wrong?

Also I am running DBPro and it looks like the code was designed for DBC, so could that be a part of the problem?

Any help would be great
Thanks,
Gul'dan

P.S. download the media for it here: http://www.thegamecreators.com/userdata/codebase/files/media.zip

Well it looks like DB code so it might not work, so you were probably right. I don't have DBPro so I don't know how to fix it.

I cant see anything wrong with just the way it is set out
you have to use the arrow keys before you see the image on screen

You can do it if you try

Nope I just ran it again, nothing. Its most likely just a incompatibility with DBPro, but I'll know for sure when I get my new video card Installed.

Its line 15 most probably. Ive remarked what to do.
load bitmap "player.bmp",player

REM PLACE A BITMAP INTO THE SAME FOLDER AS THIS SOURCE CODE
REM MAKE SURE YOUR DBP PROJECT FILE IS WITH THE SOURCE FILE AS WELL
