can somon give good bullet time to me or explain how to do it please i used the sleep command but thats very you know umm kind of jolty it sticks you know

How about something simple like changing the FPS?

Like BatVink said, just change sync rate down to something low, or edit the timer variable that your controlling everything with if your system is timer based
