How to use this so called "skybox". That what you use to locate sky, what you cannot reach. How to texture box's inner walls? Don't I see right through the box when inside of it?

SCALE OBJECT by -1, that turns it inside out, and puts the texture on the inside. It also means you can use collision detection without permanently colliding with the sky sphere

Does the skybox has to be a box for a reason, or can it be a "skysphere" or a "skycylinder" as well ?

A skybox is used often because its relatively easy to texture, and has a very low polygon count. When done right, they look very good. However, a skysphere can also be used, and is probably a bit more natural as its like the atmosphere, around the world. I havent seen skycylinders used, but they should be possible, probably wouldnt look to bad either.

Its not a bug, its a feature!
