Is FPSC going to be just like The 3D Gamemaker, but with alot more options and better AI?

Basically, yes. But I've read that there's going to huge craploads of options like better model importing, and possibly its own little scripting language.

I just might get that when it comes out, I am having a hard time programing anythink in DBC so this might just be what I am looking for. One question I have about it is if you can customize everythink, it says that it will have 9 types of weapons but can that be changed? what If I want a laser rifle or a futuristic gun. I also wonder how good enemy AI will be and if you can have friendly AI in the game.
