Whenever I try to run DBC I get the above error message. The only thing I have done is not used DB for a few months, before that it worked fine.

You need the latest language file (a .txt), get it from the download page.

I do thank you for your help, but I cannot find the .txt file that is supposed to be there.

I have re-downloaded the patch, just to make sure, but it was already installed.
