Hi. I have just finished my first game, a action racing game involving you driving in a sort of dirt bike, nicknamed in my game the MotoBike. Now, I just need to find a website to put the game on.

The game enables you to gain experience and driving rank while you are able to race in two different modes of racing: Lap racing and Motocross. If you don't want to race, then you can perform stunts in the Trick Mode, in which you can do flips while driving at a high rate of speed to earn points. You are also able to select up to 8 different colors of your MotoBike.
Bonus Features: Increase your speed by performing enough tricks or winnning the complete Lap Racing or Motocross. If your engine upgrade gets to a certain level, then you can earn a new vehicle besides a MotoBike...

well, the usual candidates:

fewwewbs, geocities, etc.

however I would recommeng signing up at http://www.dbspot.com it's free for DB programmers who want to feature their games. my website is there at http://walaber.dbspot.com

once you get a site, post us some screenshots, your game sounds cool!!

Thanks for the websites. The game is large, 40 MB, and it is still large when compressed.

Screenshots coming up.

Just a quick comment.. but do you have your images and other things compressed where possible? That can really help since people dont like downloading large files on average...

Here are the screenshots:

I have compressed the file all that I could. However, it is still too large because of its many textures, sounds, and objects.

Are you sure?
You just need to get winrar and put everything in one big .rar file.
They are more compressed than .zip.

How much more? A good amount is more than a couple of MB. I can't get that, I don't think.

When I compress it using a standard .zip folder it only reduces the size to 33 MB. I should try using .rar files.

With using WinRAR, it compressed the file to 29 MB. Not too bad. I'll see if I can compress it even more.

Screenies please. That would make the 30mb download more worthwhile.

from the screenshots it does look pretty good but i can't see how it could have such a big file size... maybe put a demo together with just one level so we can test it out?

This made alot of people very angry and it has been widely regarded as a bad idea...

wow. that's lookin good
if the file size is quiet large, try changing all of your pics to *.jpg to change 2meg files to 100k files (or if yer've already done that) try also using winace <- very good compresser

Found out compression problem: in-game Music Playlist too large (20 MB)

The total size now is only 6 MB. When I have my DBSpot site running, it will be available for download.
