DarkBASIC Discussion / rotating sprites ?

making my hud i realised that my bitmaps looking pretty crap so i decided that i would change them to sprites, but a compass thingy i am using needs to rotate with the players rotation but i realised to my horror (GASP) !!! that there is no rotate command for sprites

can any one suggest nething i can do ????

Don't use a sprite? Rotate a plain instead? (DarkBASIC Pro has rotate sprite, but you're right.. DB Classic doesn't).

hmmm DBC has a command to rotate images...but your card must have a hardware requeriment in your video card....can't remember it now...if you have the manual you can find it easily
