I need something like photoshop, but free. Note: I don't want as good as photoshop. But I would like something better than Paint.

GIMP, It's for linux I believe I've briefly tryed it but I'm not sure if you can get a Windows version and I'm quite sure its free...

Edit - Yes it's free and available for windows... http://www.gimp.org/index.html.

graphic image manipulation program, GIMP.

It really is good, very like photoshop but £500 cheaper! Ie free!
