Okie Before I buy Darkbasic
I want to know if it can do the following
1.Have it setup so that if requires to connect to a server in order to play like everquest anarchy online etc like MMORPGs
2.Optianal (When connects to server it performs a update check)
3.After connecting to server you can play it (a feature that I love on BYOND www.byond.com )
4.Save all player files on one computer
5.Overlay sorta thing (what we call on BYOND) so if I equipp a piece of armor it shows up on my body
thanks I hope DarkBasic can do most of the things about it looks really good!

Dark Basic Pro is capable of making a client like that. It has the advantage of being compiled versus Dark Basic's interpreted language method. It can also support custom plugins, if you need to expand its capabilities. (Wolf's wrapper for the Tokamak physics library being a good example.)
