Exactly what do windows mode on and windows mode off do? The explaination DB gives isn't too helpful and runs along the lines of "this command turns windows mode on/off"

Normally you have a full-screen mode ... but with windows mode, you have a window, so you can see your task-bar, your desktop behind your game.
