Is there a reason why I cant have text and a 2d graphic on the screen at the same time, such as a circle or line. If I type the text command into the console at runtime...it displays. Needless to say...Im more confused than ever.

I hope you've figured it out by now, but that code works for me.
It shows the text, and the cross.

Yeah, still happens. Since time of posting...I have reinstalled darkbasic and directx. Still doesnt work.
