Do they? I would be very grateful if anyone knows (especially if they know its a YES, although I have a creeping suspicion that because of the DirectX requirements its a NO).

Guys, Windows is so successful because of the way it handled its business. Microsoft was smart enough to let third party people publish third party software and hardware peripherals for their PCs and that's how it became so successful. Then, Apple was easily the most powerful and easy-to-use computer on the market, but the boom of the open PCs hurt Apple's business and that's why their hardware specs are kind of low for today's standards. Apples are also a lot easier for producing graphics and sound because it's just overall higher quality.

Also, Microsoft hasn't really made a new OS since Windows 1.0, they just keep upgrading it and selling it as if it were a new product!

sorry for being a tad misleading, but i work from a windows machine (and hate every minute of it)like the rest of you. i wansnt sure wether my programs wold also work on mac as well. but they dont. so i cant get my game published with garagegames.com. oh well, ill cope im sure.
