Is there any way to make the mouse click at its current position, without actually clicking it. Im trying to make my computer use the mouse through my gamepad. Any help would be much appreciated.

The only way to do that is via the Windows API.
And the only way to get at it is via DLL's, so unless you have the Enhanced pack, you're out of luck.
