Just curious to see what kinda frame rates you get. I get between 250 and 330 fps. It's an old game I started in DBC, then changed a few lines of code and compiled it in DBP. Map is made studio max. Game uses my own collision system, hence all the square-shaped objects. You'll understand the title once you run it.

Download is about 4.5mb

Hmmm, interface kinda reminds me of UT, but the map kinda feels like Quake... d/ling. But comparing my PC to yours, I'm probably gonna get some really low FPS.

i got well over a 100fps while playing, but it did vary, its a very nice little demo, with a bit more work it could be pretty special.

I currently have running Maya, FX Composer, Melody, Photoshop 8, Winamp and mIRC;

If i get some freetime to properly benchmark I will, but you might've noticed the masses are getting restless

I got Around the 120fps mark, and thats with lots of apps open!

Whilst jumping sideways I got stuck to to some scenery, but it unstuck when I stopped and strafed.

Nice work, it plays well

No wonder it looked like Quake3. You even left the filenames the same. Mapper's eye

The lowest FPS I got was 54, but it only happened once and I never got it to happen again. It went up to as high as 79 though, but it usually floats around the high 60's.

Oh, and I got stuck on the wall while jumping too. Are you using math collision?

P4 1.5Ghz, 384mb 400mhz RDRAM, GeForce2MX400 32mb. Not bad on my spec, especially with some busy download programs running. Nice job!

For some reason, occationally you can get stuck on walls when pressing against it and jumping. Not exactly sure why though. Oh btw, I just realized by looking through my code, that there is a stat window if you press "F1". Not functional, but shows an idea. I haven't touched this thing in like 2 years, I forget a few things.
Quake textures, UT interface. And probably Quake sounds as well.
And Arkheii, yes I'm using math collision. I'm using a varient of what I have posted in the code base.

its not up right now. site was deleted, dont ask.

I've found an old folder on my network containing my earliest DBC projects. One of which is my morpheus engine i was making, which is the engine I used above. The one at the top of this page is more recent than this screenshot, but it lacks many of the visual effects. So here's a different map, all created within dbc.
