Are there any publishers that are not game publishers? Because I have a CD of 100 templates that I want to sell for 6.25, and I need to get them published on a CD.

There are plenty of non-games publishers, DBP use one for a start !

This publisher is also a dev house http://www.gsp.cc/shop/security.html and are local to me and a lot of their stuff is sub-Banshee quality, be warned though they are snobs - they wouldn't even interview me because I dont have a degree and didnt go to Cambridge except to shop...

This CD of 100 templates ... did you buy it from someone? Or did you spend time, effort and skill making these 100 templates over the past few days or so...

Just get a freakin paper round. ffs.

If you were MEANT to understand it, we wouldn't have called it 'code'

Probably some web site rips. Advertise it here again and I'll bin it faster than you can say "lamer".

Rich, he is not advertising it at all.

Now the only problem which can arise from this post is weather WMG stole the templates; which none of us can prove at this time because he hasn't shown us anything.

Well all of his websites have been DLed templates. So, he's most likely saved them all up and now wants to make money off of them.

You said that you are not cmc, you said that you only posted to appologise for his behaviour. You said that he had behaved very badly, and that you did not want to be associated with him. You said that you are his brother, and that you are working on a project with him, a game. So if all that is true, why are you still posting on here? Why do you never mention that cmc is working on a project with you? You just say some artists etc... Why are you posting the same stuff as cmc such as templates for sale? Why do you still spam the forum, even though you said that you were only posting to appologise for cmc? If you are his brother, then you are twins.

But we've SEEN "your" templates, in USE by YOU, which happen to still have such phrases as "Your Company Here" and "Link 1", "Link 2", etc... Stop lying, we know you couldn't make 100 templates if you crapped on a rubber farm. AND even if you DID, they would not be worthy of any price tag you could muster up in your greedy little mind. They'd be total crap.

Getting a real publisher is very costly. If he seriously wants to sell his stolen crap and get arrested for it then he's better off buying a ton of CDs and burning them all on his own. That's how piracy is correctly done anyway.

I only say things like that because most of you in this thread are acting like a$$holes.

Given the fact the WMG is possibly C M C, he hasn't done anything under that alias (so far) that lives up to the legacy of C M C. Therefore, I really don't give a rats a$$ who WMG is.

With that said, I don't know what pisses me off more: C M C, or a bunch of people who all they can do is call a person stupid for the mere sport of it.

you make me sick...

My god you guys are sad, when you want to insult someone on a forum you cant just call them "lamer" because that's as sad as a manic depressive going out down the pub on their own wearing slippers and the clothes mum dressed him up in.

Insults my dear children, are best delivered as a combination metaphor, and until you learn this I suggest you keep well away from flame threads else someone like myself is going to come along, see that you are laying out the flames, and shoot you down like a blind luftwaffe pilot over the Queen Mary docks.

I've seen more intellectually contrived and stimulating insults from a sleeping mentally handicapped poodle, i've seen more creativity in an MMORG team request, and heard more vibrant discussion in a library.

Lay off the flames, until your old enough to hold a flame thrower.

Y'know you really should go through this post and read it then count up how many offensive comments Wooly Mammoth Games has made compared to everyone else, this forum is meant to be abut helping people y'know so how about you all stop flaming WMG, I mean can any of you people actually prove anything, come on people, lets be nice.

I don't think you know half the story. It's been made quite obvious time and time again they're the same person, and both are thieves. Thieves get no quarter.

Spitting out sub-intelligent metaphoric combinations of three piece jabs you picked up at Insultmonger.com is all well and good until you realize the pros just sum it all up in one word. Insults aren't meant to be mentally stimulating, they're meant to get something clear and simple across to the one they're delivered to. Lamer sums it up quite well.

Quote: "Lay off the flames, until your old enough to hold a flame thrower."

C-M-C has stolen many games and lied to and insulted forum members in the past. WMG seems to have a clear record because he uses WMG as his alias to be taken seriously. It's scientific fact they're the same person-- in other words, if you know all the data, you cannot reasonably draw any other conclusion until substantial evidence is collected otherwise .

Actually, I've seen a thread of his locked and deleted for advertising his "web design service", He had that nuclear glory affiliate link in his sig and all he posts about are ways or help with ways to make him money. Sounds like C M C to ME.

If I was judged on what I got up too when I was your age Mouse I wouldn't get out of jail for another 12 years !

If we all lived in the past then Britain would still be trying to sell tea to America, dropping neutron bombs on Germany, and liberating Brittany in France.

So you and some other very agressive people dont want to answer this guys question, but instead of ignoring it you choose to make a public spectacle of yourselves by demonstrating your lack of ingenuitive wit.

Mind you, if you'd care to take a look again at my first responce you will see that I answered his question but you may also note that I answered with a publisher that I believe would be genuinely useful to him, as they are suited to his level of expertise.

Roflmao, that kind of stuff doesn't work on the internet, people are too immature to even understand it, let alone even bother reading something so long-winded. Haha, I'm sorry, but people just won't take offense at something like that (at least on the net, anyway).

Wow this thread is just about as funny as a Stoner Movie (aston Kutcher anyone?)

WMG: Even if the templates are yours... nobody is gonna buy templates from a 10 yr old boy. Get off yer high horsekid and step in to the real world. You can't sell these f****** templates, Your not gonna make any real money till yer over 18.

Andy:

trying to become a mod... its sounds stupid.

Well that's supposed to be his insult, by saying your insults are worse then a sleeping mentally handicapped poodle's (which obviously wouldn't be able to come up with a decent insult), then it makes yours seem incredibly bad. However, on the internet, nobody can be bothered to think about it long enough to make that conclusion so it actually has the reverse effect and would make Andy sound like a fool. As a result, you'd get people replying with messages like "You're a ****, that doesn't make sense" and other various remarks.

The fact that Eric didn't understand it is just another testament to the fact that an insult like that just simply won't work. Or at least that's what I believe.
