If you want a true windows interface you'll either need to find a dll for DBC, or learn a language like Pascal, C, C++, C# or Visual Basic. Fortunately, you can get around this.
A window, in essence, is a box drawn on another box. You can use the box command and draw boxes and then use text to put words and stuff in them. You just need to keep track of all the positions of the buttons, windows, and text.
