What q's?........

No, I know what you mean. I just added a cool navigation laser to Space Drive and the reaction to it is depressing.

I dont know what you mean by 'splash image' though. If its just a picture, then any remotely good editor will let you resize it, even paint.

You learn something new everyday. Forget it the next.

Did you by any chance test Space Drive?

Just use mspaint, and use this to get the right scale value (in percent)

100.0 / (current height or width / wanted height or width)

This arrives a little late. Resize your bitmap to the screen resolution you have chosen for your game. I believe the default is 640 by 480. So if you haven't chosen any particular size these are the dimensions to aim for.

You can make a cross-hair or gunsight image remain fixed to the screen with the Lock Object On Command. Check it out in the 15th Monster Hunt Tutorial. There the gun is locked on, but you could use similar code for your sight. Easiest way to a in-game screen shot is with your Print Screen Key (to the right of F12). Unfortunately it only will save one view.
