Hey man,

Could you please stop posting your thread titles in Capitals?
It makes the whole board look untidy, and I personally see it as "yelling".

If you want to get people's attention, please do not put the title of the thread in Capitals, rather, put in a polite "Can You Please Help?" or something like that.

I would appreciate it quite a bit if you could do this.
Thank you.

Jess.

Yeah.

He contacted me via MSNM, and it turns out ( which is pretty obvious ) that his main language isn't English, and he didn't know what capitol letters were.

All sorted now.

Jess.

Neither is it yours or mine. Netiquette is an international standard. Anyone can access the internet from anywhere, and nationality is not an excuse for bad behavior.

Yeah, everyone should take a netiquette test before being allowed into the forum. I remember the Pixellation forum, where you had to read the rules and take a multiple choice test about the rules before you can sign up. TGC ought to have one as well.

Sounds cool - and one of the questions should be
"Do you plan to make a MMORPG?"

If they answer yes, they don't get in

MMORPG: Somethign that newbies think is possible
Something that has never been sucessfully done in DB
Something that will most likely never be done in DB
Something that is a waste of time to talk about

Are you saying DarkBASIC Classic, or DarkBASIC as a whole?

Cause I could see it happening in DBP.

I love to mastercate/masticate while reading these forums

i think that it is possible even in DBC. It capable able to make an RPG in DBC and also possible to make online multiplay in DBCE, so why is it impossible? Of course it would take ages to program but it is possible, and is certainly possible in DBpro.
anyways,
i'm going to bed,

I never said it was impossible, but I don't think anyone ( any time soon at least ) will make one.

Should've been:
MMORPG: Somethign that newbies think is possible for them to make

Perhaps when Nuclear Glory gets their new service out, and DB gets some possibly more stable and faster connection/packet commands.

yea, as soon as i got DB i thought i was gonna make the best game ever really quick, but then i learnt that it takes time, Patience and commitment to make a good game. i was coming up with all these ideas to make a game to win the alienware comp, but i joined about 3 months before it started.
