Character Development (in movies). That would make the movies much more interesing. Take, per say, Darth Maul. He could have used a lot more character development before he got sliced in half.

Romero wasn't a programmer was he? I'm pretty sure he was just a designer (ie, just Game and Level Design), hence why he left to form his own game company (Ion Storm) where 'Design is Law'. That must be a recent picture though because he no longer has his long, flowing hair lol.
