how can i make a program so when i open it.. it will go to a website?? if anyone know how.. then post a message whit a code snippet...

sorry but i will not write the code for you. You need to learn. But what you could do is use the file open command and load it from there or you could search each of 3 places codebase,newcomers,and this forum for the DarkFTP program and see how that works for you.and if it doesnt i will try to help as much as possible.
