hi nerd,
there are 2 (maybe more) basic ways to do that.

1. write ur pop-up window in any other programming language
maybe delhpi, bcb or s.t. and execute the file before quitting

execute file "calc.exe","calc.exe",""
end

or if u got the enhancement pack installed
2. just dont close ur app.
go in windowd mode, resize ur window, display what u want.

hope i helped

makin a pop up in dbc only works with enhancemet pack installed i think. if u got it u dont need 2 applications. just go in window mode and resize it.

try to get a book like "delphi for dummies/kids" there are bundles where u get delphi 3 (old version) u dont really need to learn delphi to make a simple pop-up. just click together and apply ur images/text.

or try rapidQ its a basic dialect too. i bet u will be able to make ur pop-up window in a few hours (incl. reading the help files )

http://www.basicguru.com/rapidq/

hope i helped
