Lol, listen dude. This post is so common. To make life easier, go to the 3D part of the site and look at the top link at "list of well known ers". The reason noone replies to this post is not only are ers rare, but there sick of all the posts about them. Contact them directly if you have to, but your not going to have much luck.

OK, seriously now...man, you are asking for help and you are not taking any of the direction you are given. Plus, this is not even the right forum for asking for a team. DO you have any screen shots of your engine? Do you think that anybody is going to model anything for your game knowing that it will most likely not get completed?!?!
