How do I make textures blend into eachother like they do on games I've seen... And also, do I blend them on runtime or do I just make a new blended texture and use that on the seams?

Some free textures come seemless but if you wan't to make your own then you'll need a program like adobe photoshop. It has features like feathering to help you blend textures with one another and others to make them seamless so they can be repeatedly used on a matrix with no re-occuring edge lines.

A program was developed using dark basic to blend different textures together but i'm not sure where it is at the moment, you could have a look for yourself.

Search around for Van-B's Vanseem. It might even be in the showcase.
Lucky for you(and myself), Van was kind enough to release the program source-code for us all to learn from.
