What is the best way to make a level in dark basic (Enhancement Pack)? I need to make a game with lots of rooms, stares, and court yards.

You could get hold of a seperate progrom like DeleD(which is free) or maybe you've already got a level editor, if you've got Unreal Tournament you can use some thign like the level editor that comes with that, or you could buy a level editor like Cartogoraphy Shop.

Sadly DB doesn't work like other engines where a level is a specifically defined list of objects and triggers and all sorts of crazy stuff. If that's what you want you need to program it yourself. Basically here's what you need:

Initialization:
load level object
load player object
setup player controls
setup any other cool stuff(collisions, enemies, triggers, etc.)

Game Loop:
check player controls
check any cool stuff with player/level(ie: check player collision against level)
