if you know all that why use sitebuilder to make the site, i am pretty sure it would be easier to write the site your self then using a program like site builder.

Cool Gaming,
Do you really expect any help here? - There's not a single person here who believes your bull, and frankly you might as well get your coat. Feel free to take some leaflets on your way out, I recommend the one on the dangers of Ritalin and career advice for non-high school graduates.

I know nobody asked me, but then I think years of relatively spam free forum usage affords me an opinion - you've yet to earn any sort of respect here, and your off to a flying start I must say.

This is a community, not a playground, and if you act like a jerk then you don't last very long.

Ok, Just let me make things clear. I AM Game Hosters cousin. That is pretty much it. I own darkbasic and cartography shop. I know some dark basic mainly for classes in 7th Grade and since i signed up for programming in, 8th, 8th grade. I don't want to spam but, here since you guys seem not to notice how valuable this could be to you, go to my site to at least see what I'm going to offer.
I hope relations won't suck because of you guys not believing the truth. If anything you guys are being rude to ME. Note: I want dbp because heard good things about it from my teacher, who uses it, but lack of money, has caused me to ask my cousin to give me his site which he did, (I gave it to him as a gift, but he did not want it) and now everybit of money goes into db pro! (cousins comp. broke so he has pro but, he just won't let go of it)

I'm sorry for my cousin GAME HOSTER's bad behavior.

Cool Gaming - My only recommendation to you is to change your sig and your name, and stop making references to being someone else's cousin. That is just stupid. Even if you are in fact his cousin, nobody will believe you. The sooner you understand this, the better. You can still hock your business and try to sell things to people who can get them free from somewhere else, but at least change your name and sig.

I am his cousin, even if you don't believe it, so I will still say it! and no it is much more complicated than that. ok, many game developers/programmers spend 50% of there time on site development, to make something HALF decent. With this you upload files, have your own forum and sell your products without the hassle of designing your site, uploading it, and installing scripts on the server. Some you can have a mini-site for your products. Some can have full blown site. Sure you have to attach files to emails to me if you want to have images or downloadable files, but thats it. Full blown site's have ftp so if you WANT you can upload your own site, but we will. Currently I have found a tool to make sites that I will use. Your own forum for your products will be set up no matter what! It will not be realised until september, because thats when the sitebuilder will arrive. Currently I am using my cousins old sitebuilder on my pc, but thats it. Games, Programs, Model Packs, Sound packs, anything! All for simple monthly fee! You can make more of a profit with the shopping cart. Thats how complex it is!

I'm sorry for my cousin GAME HOSTER's bad behavior.

My turn

Cool Gaming, you're the only one with problems here. What Jeku said is the truth. No one does or will believe that your this idiots cousin (we all know that your both the same person). And like Jeku said, even if its the truth, no one will believe you. Things like this have been tried before, by several people, and they all either got banned or flamed off of this forum. It might be best if you did change your name, changed your sig, and started new, and didn't advertise your stupid site on this forum ever again.

Also, it wouldn't be wise to tell a forum member such as Jeku that he has problems. He's a professional in the industry, and works with a big game company (EA or whoever, I can never remember). That'll get you in a bad situation with the other great forum members, and many of the lesser ones too, and that'll just make your forum experience a living hell.

So far you've ruined yourself already, and you're just making it worse. Take Jeku's advice, you'll be glad you did.

Cheers,
Preston

Yeah, I was just laughing at that. I have yet to spend more than 10 hours on my own website (which kinda shows, only a front page and a forum so far ) and I spend the rest of my time working on my programs or media.

50% of my time? With that kind of reasoning, I've only been programming for 20 hours.

I've been programming Dark Basic since the beginning of 2003, Dark Basic Pro since August of 2003, and I've been programming TI calcs since 2002, and websites far before that.

Something tells me your reasoning is that of a drunk squirrel in heat trying to get a free acorn on a hot tin roof in the middle of death valley.

Cheers,
Preston

Come on now people, I aren't saying cool gamer is who he says he is or isn't who he says he is but do you all have to copy each other like small wooly sheep. Surely you can go, get on with some programming, and leave cool gamer to either do what everyone else does (programming that is) or make some terrible mistake that you can then use as proof he isn't who he says he is.

A great page depends on your skill and use of time. You can spend 40 hours working on a page on and off. Or just 2 hours. Websites usually take me 2 days. Programming takes months.

p.S We don't give a testicle about who's cousin you are. Shutup about that already.

I wish that was the case! I work 9am-10pm every day and still find some time for my own personal game development. There's no way I have put 50% of my time into my crappy site :p
