I've noticed there is slight distortion when rendering sprites. This is very evident when text is used especially. The only way to mildly correct this ive found, is blurring the image in my texture maker, which doesnt really fix the problem. Does anyone know why this happens, or more importantly, how to fix it? This doesnt occur when a 3d textured plain is used to display the same image, but i need to use the effects offered to sprites, so that doesnt work..

Whenever you load or grab an image (not bitmap) you have a texture flag to set. If you don’t set the texture flag then you get a blurred image for 3d use.

What you need to do is add an extra number to you load command and set that number to 1
Load image “image.bmp”,1,1
