I have downloaded Code keeper from the showcase http://darkbasic.thegamecreators.com/?m=showcase_view&i=78
an error comes up saying missing files. In the readme there is a link to a place where to find them...
http://www.nmisoftware.com/shivan/downloads/common.zip
But this link does not exist? Does anyone know how i can get these files. Or if someone has the files and could email them to me.
Thanks in advance.

I tried the link and downloaded it again from it and the old version with it. Both came up with the same error. I have wrote an email to the contacts there to see if they know where to find it. Thanks for the help though DBoy780, And still, if anyone has these files please could they email/tell me so i can get them too.
Thanks

I have codekeeper, but don't use it. I'll upload it to my site tonight when I'm at work and on a fast connection.

Codekeeper is a nice editor, and I would probably be using it instead of DarkEDIT if it weren't for the bugs in it.

I downloaded it and it still gave me the same error. I don't know why it didn't work, i'm on a hi-spec pc. Oh well, I'll just go back to using DarkEDIT, so thanks everyone for your help. Sorry if i put you through any trouble Bye

@Dark WEDNESDAY

Are you running Windows XP?

Under XP I have to run under FULL Privlige mode to use without an error message. I did not know until just now when I redownloaded and tried it out.

I use codekeeper v1.6 - and u can get errors if you choose a neat little background picture, save the settings - and then delete it (mwahahaha....)

After re-installing, everything should work. It uses the VB6 runtime dlls, so make sure you have them on your machine (msvbm60.dll (i think its called that) is one of the ones)...

Tell us the specs of your pc!!
