http://www.dbspot.com/

First, the site has a newer, MUCH better design and I'd like to know what y'all think of it.

Second, to all those with missing mysql databases I need to you get on and request another database. It may be annoying, but it helps me get it done faster and easier.
Also for those with FTP issues, such as files not showing up, I will do my best to get you FIXED. Constant nagging emails always help

Third, I am now able to host your domain names.
You get a cpanel account, unlimited mysql databases, subdomains, email accounts, etc...
I'll start everyone off with 200 MB, if you need more I can up it in a jiff, no problem.

Like the subdomains, hosting domain names is completely free, you just need to have a domain name and the ability to change your nameservers.

Alright, that's all. Have a nice night, my peeps.

Certainly:

CGI/Perl
PHP
Frontpage Extensions
MySQL
No links, no banners
All the space and bandwidth you need

I mostly provide this service because of the size of darkbasic exes once you have these complete projects that are like 20+ MB there's no where to put them, with all the file size and webspace limits these days.

oh, btw. (oog, I feel like a n00b)...

When I try to post to ftp.dbspot.com, it comes up with an authentication error.

Here are my stats in WS_FTP:
host name/address: ftp.dbspot.com
host type: automatic detect
username: Mr.Underhill
password: [My account password]
account: *
comment: empty (I don't think this would do anything)

Could someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks in advance, Underhill

[EDIT: ]hmmm...it seems I'm having the same problems as Pricey...
Jimmy, could you please get back to us on this? It's a really big problem.

John Savaski,

You know this is not as easy as it seems, plus most people can usually take the time to learn some simple HTML, at least.
