I think they mentioned having 2 prices. One for people who want to use it in commercial projects and one for people who want to use it for freely distributed products. I can't remember the 2 prices though. Also seem like they mentioned a possible royalty fee on the commercial use.

It'll probably be the same as T3DGM - you'll need to pay a royalty for all the media

I'd be surprised if it cost more than £40, if it costs around the same as a full-price game, it gives a great marketing boost because you can say ''Buy a full price game or buy something to make your own''.

Price isn't yet decided, but it will be around the same as a standard AAA game release is these days (£30 to £40).
