They are already in. Or at least they should be.

I see Manamana as being an example of the sheer power of DBPro. Look: an entertaining game in less than 300 lines. If you stuck a few semicolons in I reckon you could get it down to 20 lines.

This game is quite interesting. However, it's a shame as it looks a bit incomplete. Here are some of my suggestions:

- Add a background or something to cover up the default blue background. The game feels a bit empty with the only images being the Mod icons and the cursor.

- Make the icons spin around faster when shot. It will be easier to tell that way if you have shot it or not.

- I like the music, but the quality of it is way too low for my liking, and it's a 28 meg .wav file. I think you should use the .mp3 or .wma formats; .wav files just aren't cut for music.

- Have the time get shown in seconds, rather than milliseconds. It's kinda hard seeing how much time you have left in the game.

Don't get me wrong, the game itself is quite fun. I just think that it needs some more stuff for it to be "complete".

Evil Monkey, you're missing the point. This game was thrown together in 2 hours as a joke and is hardly serious nor intentionally complete. Go back and read the very first post.

Yes, yes. I see now. I hadn't entirely read the first post and I just went and downloaded the game.

I think not. Manamana was written as a joke, is a joke, and will be a joke. All it could ever receive is a joke prize. But at least uploading it makes Rich and Lee to play it a bit.

Ok.

By way of update, Manamana doesn't appear in the compo list so it looks like Rich rejected it even before it was tested.

Yes, Evil Monkey, I posted before Rich updated the site to include all the emailed, as opposed to uploaded, games.

Anyway, as I just posted in the DBPro forum:

Quote: "
This is brilliant. I just read the competition list upload page and Rich has written the following:

Manamana 4184dc41a0375 Un-zipped 100% - Works 100% (unfortunately
"

LOVE the "unfortunately "!!
