I've created 30 images, all the same size, etc., that make up the animation of my object. They are done in .png format.

How can I string them all together as one large .png that I can use with the CREATE ANIMATED SPRITE command? Is there a way to do this for .png files, or should I convert to .bmp and then back again? (I know of several free tools to do this for bitmaps.)

I've tried to do it manually, but since the background is transparent, I'm having difficulty lining them all up correctly!

TIA!

Okay, I've found a program that makes an image strip out of all my .png image files. Now, I'm trying to figure out how the "PLAY SPRITE" command works.

I set up some code like this:

When I run it, nothing happens. What am I missing?

Ok - now I have the sprite animated and displaying. However, it is VERY distorted. I understand this was a buggy command at one time, but hasn't it been fixed? Or is this a problem using .png within the create animated sprite command?

HELP!

Just download a trial version of Animation shop 3 from [href]www.jasc.com[/href] Then make a animation. Then save as avi. Then load it.
