Does Anyone out there know How to texture a Sprite with an AVI?
Or does anyone have a working version on a Sprite Based Scroll Bar?

Its for something Im Making...

Have a look in the help files, under the animation commands, there's:

play animation to image

That should help for getting an avi onto a sprite. Can't guarentee since I've never used avi in dbpro.

[edit] I'm assuming you're running dbpro, if you're on DBclassic, I don't think it's possible.

Play Sprite Dosent work on Avi files, Its to do simple Animations.

Couldnt you just make a plain and then add the video to the plain?

Avan is right you just use PLAY ANIMATION TO IMAGE and then use that image on your sprite. You don't need PLAY SPRITE.
