Welcome back,

Nice Car

The Outside is a evil place to be, too much light, too much noise and too many distractions....
I went outside once and my FPS rate dropped to 5.

I hate cars, never even learned to drive, but that's a pretty cool looking motor right there.

Yeah, the dodge is a nice motor - If I had a choice though, it'd have to be the classic Lotus Esprit, it's time car designers fell in love with pop-up lights again . Did you know the there's only 2 cars in production today that have pop-up lights? WTF!!!

Not really back just really wanted to know opinions of this car over a nice wide range of forums ...

got to test drive what will be my MGTF - they've already sprayed it Metalic Midnight Purple there is to be some more spray editions made later one because i want to have like a waterfall effect from the front to the rear along the borders and bumpers. Interior is kitted out with half soft leather and half some truely comfortable fabric - i'm not sure what it is, but there are alot of new couches with it ... kind like super soft thick cotton weave of somekind

she'll be going into the shop to have the steering rebuilt for leftside use over the next two weeks. Gonna have it here a while after for some road tests and such cause i want to setup a nice performance chamset
Also having a retractable Hardtop put on, i mean i live Soft-tops and all ... but i still prefer the look and safety of a hardtop

finally will have something that makes me thing of home again, and be truely unique

Martyn, does'nt everyone?

The first car game I played with an actual real car on it was Turbo Esprit on the Spectrum. It was similar to driver and GTA, you had other cars, pedestrians, traffic lights, even a gun - all in a huge map in psuedo 3D on the Speccy!, yep it was a superb game.

Screenies:

Pretty nice car . But I still think the best car man ever built was the McLaren F1... Even though "I'm a Ferrarist", but a car which can reach over 390 KM/h (there's a cool video u can download with Kazaa with a guy driving @ that speed), I really respect it .

Oh yeah I've been inside a McLaren F1 once in a car exposition in another country . It's quite entresting to actually see the wheel being in the center of the car ^_^. I wish I could drive it too, but I would probaly end up killing myself

i've had the chance to actually drive a Lamboughini, Countash, Diablo and Murcielago ... and to be honest never was actually impressed with thier speed or handleing.

I mean sure you get about the same G is a standard Sport bike, but i dunno - they just don't feel right to put your foot down in. Don't get me wrong thier comfortable, but not really a car that makes you WANT to speed.
Just like the Spider 360 and F50. They nice cars, but they actually feel more like you want to be crusin' in them than putting the pedal to the floor and shifting it.
And if your used to something like an Escort, you put your foot down in 1st - your at 50mph before you even relise hehee ... i dunno thou, kinda fell in love with the Porsche as a sports car and that is exactly the type of car i love to put my foot down in

but then still alot of driving is personal opinion, cause for some ungodly reason my parents prefer 4x4s (SUVs) - i prefer something small that is just awesomely comfortable, acceleration is good, but top speed isn't essential. I mean whats the point in having a car which can achieve the speed limit in 1st gear?

The Koenigsegg CC is a cool car too. The manufacturers (very small Swedish company) hope it will be able to reach 390Kph and it can go 0-100 in less than 3½ seconds. Here seen next to a JAS-39 Gripen (probably the best in-service multi-role fighter plane in the world):

Nice Car Raven, means you can drive to visit me now!!

Just promise you won't laugh at my car, It's kinda falling apart. I drive a really old Ford Fiesta (it's been around the mileage thing already, it was so funny when I was driving and the mileage suddenly read 000000)

But it gets me from A to B, but I'm not gonna risk taking it on the motorway.

Are R drivers allowed on the motorway?

Heaven doesn't want me, and hell is afraid I'll take over!

Gonna be comming over by plane, in coach this time (my moms paying for the whole trip and stay etc) so should be interesting atleast hehee.

I never did understand ((*^_^*) sorry its the accent) ... how far away was were i was going?
i know you said it was quite far, but i'm not sure how far that is - i remember when i was a student far ment further than the nearest pub

glad to see you back online thou hon
