ok these are not gaming theorys but the other kind that are hard to understand well here it goes

1. The worst thing in life is not knowing what is next

like if you knew you were going to die you could avoid it or do last wishes or soemnthing

2. we live to die we die to live
the last part means like the phrase "i would die for that" ect

3. the 5 minutes into the future is actual;ly a chance
actually any time into the future is a chance that may not come (i mean the end of the world may come in 2 minutes....)


if u disagree to any of these things then challenge me and post soemthign disproving the theorys

How many people actually take this advice? - like suddenly realise that the next 5 minutes could be there last, unless they're in a burning jet or something of course. Personally I think humans are more a creature of habit than anything, we can't change, we can only really wriggle a little to prove we're still alive then settle back into old habits again. It's a sad fact that most of the change in our lives is brought on by other people.

1. I doubt that's the worst thing, considering what's next will happen as it would weither you knew about it or not.

2. I'm sure we live to accomplish more than to die. And how could you die without living? If we had to die in order to live then we wouldn't be able to and noone would be alive.

Maybe you get reincarnated or something but I'd hardly call that the beginning, cuz you'll end up dieing again and starting over

If you believe you go onto heaven than perhaps it's the beginning of an eternity, but I'd hardly consider that a "beginning" but rather an "extension"

and that's only in such case where something *does* happen to us after we die...

Otherwise it's game over, no reset button, no rebooting

Fate exists.
Chance does not exist. If chance exists then what part does it play on the events of the universe, furthermore if chance does not exist then choice is an illusion.

Sounds like the matrix but I believe in this.

I believe in fate.. simply because of the odd going ons that have occured in my life

Bad things that happen that end up snowballing and resulting in something great..almost as if it were planned to happen that way

But at the same time I don't believe there's a controlling force in the universe...

That would kind of make you wonder how fate is controlled

I've still got some thinking to do

Not necessarily, for example, collectively people could be controlling the way in which things happen to other people subconciously, in a seemingly planned way, but on the surface it seems like 'luck' or 'fate'.

I think it's far more likely people pick up on another's hope or idea and work subconciously to make it happen, in essence, snaking the idea/hope to the next person and so on, until it happens..

This would explain a lot of things that've happened to a lot of us in the past

And far more believable than a supreme being doing it

haha, in another post, Zero Blitzt is explaining a situation that I can make an example of Hope you don't mind Zero

On that day, the dream was running through zero's mind, and at that spot where the accident almost occured, zero may have done something to distract the driver, or the driver already heard about the dream from zero, and subconciously, one or the other wanted to make the accident happen to make the dream come true...

Freaky huh

This is all, of course, just a stab in the dark^_^

If the accident had happened, Zero would be quite upset if he didn't die, he would think forever that he had phsychic ability, or that fate does exist and fate was warning him

What do you guys think?

perhaps i'm getting my definitions mixed up, but I would say fate is not *actually* something planned from the beginning, but rather people working subconciously toward a subconcious goal, that makes it appear as if it was all planned.

And of course, how many of your dreams and hopes have actually come true over the years I'm not saying every bad dream I have almost comes true, but in rare occurences, like zero's, they almost do

probably not, what i think is that everything is a reaction from something before it, going all the way back to when the first molevulebumped into another, therefore the future can be predicted if you follow the reactionary path from that one instance, however we can't do that, so the future is unforseen, but there is no avoiding it. because if you avoid it, it never happened, so it wasn't the future. time travel can only travel forward at the rate that thing react in this pattern, if somehow you could creat a small space that could fit a human, that would speed up the reactions you could travel into the future, but then replaceing those particles of yourself into a future where they did not exist could cause quite the connundrum, and unless you had some magical way to turn back every reaction that has occured you will not be able to travel back in time, and again introducing further advanced particles would afect the space around you and spread creating an "alternate future" effect. so in other words, stay in school. i mean, don't time travel. And for all you religious people out there yes somethign does begin after death, it's called decay, then your particles break down into their base form and spread across the land, mixing in with our food and air, yes that's right our food, infact pretty much all we are eating by now should contain some element that was once human. matter cannot be created nor can it be destroyed. so suffer in ya jox. (this has been a broadcast from your lovable proffessor pirate.)

Here's a mind twisting thought for you;

choice is an illusion

ie: Choice is simply a very complicated serious of physical reactions around you and in your head leading to you doing something. The fact that it depends on chemichal and physical rules at a base level means it could be predicted if all factors were considered (at atomic level etc...) and therefore "choice" is nothing more than an allusion.

^ very lame explanation but I'm sure you all understand.

My reasons why choice is an illusion:
The universe is dim universe(inf,inf,inf,inf) as boolean.
Where 1 means something's there.

And that humans have brains that chose the best possable situation based on experience.

People used to believe that if you knew the exact positions and velocities of every single particles in the universe, you could work out everything that was going to happen, and everything that had happened in the past.

That was under Newtonian physics, though. Quantum Mechanics kind of blows it out of the water. Basically, if you know the exact location of a particle, you can't know the velocity. And if you know the exact velocity, you can't know the position.

Interesting, I think I knew that though... A "random" component is present in Quantum Mechanics? That would explain parrallel universes and stuff...
