hello everyone i am still new to DB and i currently use Dbasic in a couple weeks will be buying DB Pro and i noticed in the showcase most of the games people make are first person shooters , and well as i said i am still new to this and i want to work on makeing a PRG type of game were you have inventory from loot , and item slots for armor and such , almost like a betryal at krondor type with extra stuff i dont know the limitations of this program even if there is any hehe but wondering would it be possable to do something like that

How many times have I heard this! If your still new to DB then DO NOT! Make an RPG! You will just get confused and soon lose interest! Start with something simple like a 2d game then move on to 3D! RPGs are very complicated. They use lots of complex arrays and variables Etc. Not for the beginner.

i plan to start small i just want to know if it can be done, and the main thing with DB is programing / code and i dont see my self getting worn out on that considering i am starting college in Jan for a degree in computer science

RPGs Can be done yes. But they take a LOOONG time to complete!
I didnt know you could get degrees in college...
