Many of these commands you are looking for are in my plugin DarkBASIC Network X, and if their are commands that you do not see their then you can submit a feature request with the DarkBASIC Network X Bug Report Generator.

Link to DarkBASIC Network X:

But the entire plugin is in beta so their are many bugs, and none of the commands for the registry area have been tested.

I'm confused why you would need to know if a user is limited or admin, and that you want full registry control.

Some programs will work differently when the windows account is limited or admin. More functions could accessed for the admin account.

because the registry has amazing ways to get information on programs installed on the current computer.
