There are about 12 other games at various levels of completion and ideally it would be nice to sell all assets to one person

Why don't you shelve this stuff till you have some spare time? From what I've seen, there's alot of hard work there and there will come a time when you'll say "wow, I have alot of spare time now, I wish I didn't sell all my assets"...

Happens to everyone I know, weather or not they get married and/or have kids...A year later they find themselves having spare time.
